By using panchayatreports.in and its tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service helps you generate Excel reports from Tamil Nadu government portals — VPTax tax collection, OnlinePPA building-plan fees, bank statement analysis, and PPA–bank reconciliation. Each finished report is charged a per-report fee shown on the site (currently ₹500 for VPTax, ₹1,000 for OnlinePPA, ₹200 for Banking, ₹200 for Reconciliation). One free masked sample is available per tool so you can preview the format before paying.
You log in with your mobile number and email to receive a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile and email secure.
Reports are built from data on third-party government portals and from files you upload. We format and organise that data but do not control or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the underlying source data. You should verify figures before official filing.
Fees are payable per report via UPI (or other methods shown at checkout). Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. Access to the full report is granted after payment is confirmed.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the fee you paid for that report.
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
