You upload financial and government records, so here is exactly how we protect them — in plain language, with no fake badges.
All traffic between your device and our site runs over encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
We do not store your government-portal username, password, OTP, or session tokens. They are used only for the live session needed to fetch your data.
The on-screen assistant guides you through each step, but your password, OTP and captcha are typed into a separate secure box that writes straight into the login form and is cleared immediately — they are never added to the conversation and never sent to our AI provider. Anything resembling a password, OTP, account number, PAN or Aadhaar is stripped out of your messages twice: once in your browser, and again on our server. Full description in the Privacy Policy.
Uploaded files and generated reports are automatically deleted 7 days after delivery, or sooner on request — see our Data Deletion Policy.
Access to stored data is restricted to the operations needed to deliver your report.
Payments are confirmed via your transaction reference (UTR). We do not store card numbers or UPI PIN.
